Jay, when there are many thousands of users the number of complaints will always go up. As far as reviews go, you will really only get people who love it and people who hate it. People who had a good but not great experience rarely rush online to tell the world about it. I also think many agents think just buying leads is enough to close more deals when they’re nurturing skills are not strong enough. Leads are not a magic bullet. You still need to work hard to close them.

I used to door knock before Covid. I gets hot here in South Florida but I managed to knock on 20 doors a day, that was my goal. But since Covid I had to learn social media and alternative ways to generate leads. I personally have much success with Facebook to generate buyer leads and with ziptitan.com to generate seller leads. I’m 55 but still adapting to the new era.
