That will depend on a million factors, but generally speaking you should probably expect low conversion until you build up your confidence and get better.

What kind of conversion numbers do you typically see when door knocking? For example, is it realistic to obtain a listing (either now or in the future) for every 100 people you talk to, provided you have a good follow up system in place?

I’m not sure what you mean. Door knocking can take a long time to see results from, so unless you’re trying to build a long term business in an area I don’t think it would make sense. That said, I do know that investors go door knocking in distressed areas trying to find properties to wholesale.
