My advice would be to choose something that has most of the features you want at a price you are happy with and use ALL of those features until you master them. The grass is always greener, but always chasing the latest bells ad whistles adds a learning curve to your tech that may or may not have an ROI but will still eat up your time and budget.

Why is Zillow even still lin the mix? They bombed out on the buying market because the head of the program had no real estate background and used over enthusiastic data. Their own reports say that 83% of the leads have zero intention of buying or sell and the same with 45% of people who ask for tours. Who pays for those leads???
Followupboss should be on the list. Like it better than any other CRM I’ve used, and way better than KV Core.

In reply to CS. Most of the picks here are based on usage and data from the US, but I don't see why anything that doesn't rely on MLS data or leads wouldn't work in Canada as well. When in doubt, give each company a call and ask them.
