When it comes to success tips from the world’s most accomplished people, there is one above all others that seems to be universal: Never stop learning. Real estate podcasts tend to be the clear winner when it comes to learning for the most ambitious agents and brokers we meet.

On paper, the choice makes perfect sense: You can listen to real estate podcasts in the car in between showings, while you’re doing the dishes, working out, or hell, even while you sleep.

There’s only one problem. There are a gazillion and one real estate podcasts out there to choose from. Since we know how busy you are, we decided to help you cut through the noise and get straight to the good stuff. Here are our picks for the nine podcasts every agent should be listening to in 2022.

Although he may not post new episodes as often as the other podcasters on our list, we think Gary Keller’s backlog of episodes speaks for itself. The advice that Keller dishes out here is not only insightful and based on decades of experience, but is delivered in his trademark style that actually resonates with agents.

He can sometimes get a little high-level for some, but overall, having Keller talking about success on your headphones while you’re on the elliptical is a great way to get amped about crushing it at your next showing.
