Thanks for the comment. We actually had Zoho on our list for a while when this article was first published, but reader feedback showed that not many people were getting value from the product in the real estate space. That being said, they certainly could have updated since then, so glad they are a product that works for you!

Thanks for the comment. Brivity actually was on our list for a while. They aren’t now for a couple of reasons:

1. There is, unfortuntately, only so much room on the list, so sometimes we have to make choices on the products included.
2. Brivity isn’t always clear on how much their product costs, which makes it harder for people to judge their value relative to their cost.
3. This list is all about CRMs; Brivity’s offerings are much wider-reaching than just a CRM. Based solely on their CRM (and not all the other components of what they offer), I’m not convinced they are a top performer.

But, they are definitely worth reconsidering for the next update, so thank you for the suggestion!

As far as a tool for a top solo agent + support team, Market Leader is a great choice. I’d also consider Propertybase if you’ve got the budget for it.

Hi Bianca –

Any of our options would be great for Canadian professionals, I believe they all offer service there. The only thing that might not be the same is their ability to connect to your local MLSs (I apologize, I don’t know if there’s another term for it there), so double-check with any of your options first.
