COVID has shut down international travel. Real Estate is a product that an Investor needs to visit 1st hand as opposed to viewing a property online. What I do see happening is the political trend lines in NYC and NYS have become so pro tenant that Investors will stop investing and take there money elsewhere to states that are pro investment. The other insanity is the push towards electric usage vs gas to people ever stop to realize that owners are being forced to convert to electric at the same time politicians are seeking to enact rent control over free market apartments.
