Hey Rob,

We hear you. Plenty of boomers are super tech savvy these days, and being the greatest generation and all we genuinely didn’t mean to imply anything negative. There is no one size fits all message when it comes to marketing though, so sometimes we end up generalizing. That and our stock photo options are fairly limited. Still bullish on single property websites if done correctly though. Hope your business is thriving and continues to thrive!

The photo depicts a person likely in their 80s holding a film camera. My wife’s parents are in their late 80s (well beyond the Baby Boomer generation) and are proficient with their iPhones as cameras, video recorders/players, and communication devices.

Thanks for the useful info. Single property sites can fill a gap for low-volume builders, developers & flippers who don’t have the time or desire to market their product via a website, especially during construction. They are especially sensitive about putting a property on market too early without good images or renderings and racking up days on market. A single property website can give sign inquiries from casual lookers a place to get info about the project without the property being too visible on the web.
