Wow I am thinking of grabbing a zip code. What was the issue?

They are super expensive, and there is no way to test their platform. I paid over $8g and I regret my purchase. The sales rep who gave me the Parkbech pitch has not returned any of my calls or texts. Darren and Lee have responded, but unfortunately, I will not get a refund. Save your money! 9/24/21

Hi Sara –

Great question. You certainly could do something like this on your own, but you’d be missing the framework that Parkbench sets up for you, the aggregation tools that automatically populate the site with local news, weather, and deals, as well as the training and support that Parkbench provides.

They deliver everything they say they will and more. The system and training unlike anything in the industry. I always wanted a community website for business to business and business to consumers but anytime I tried to set it up I quickly found that the time and money involved to set up and maintain with relative and current information was a huge task. Parkbench does it all, setup and maintaining information and I am able to just go into the marketplace and build relationships and add value to the business owner. All business owners and their staff live in houses. I found it is an awesome way to build relationships, credibility and most importantly business. I have generated business from my first contact in some cases.
I would enthusiastically recommend Parkbench to anyone looking to grow their business.

The staff at Parkbench is amazing! The training opportunities that they provide are outstanding and they really jumped into action during COVID-19 to help their customers pivot. Can’t say enough how great this company is!

With our world being inundated with social media and face to screens instead of face to face this platform forces us to get back to the basics and just build relationship the good old fashion way. Real is and will always be a people business. You have to meet people, build relationships and offer great service. For me Parkbench has helped remind me of these fundamental principles.

I realized early on that if Parkbench existed when I started 29 years ago, I’d be on a beach sipping a cool tropical drink instead of still working! Recently, Parkbench was the tipping point for me to win a listing. I was able to set myself apart from my competitor as I was able to show my neighborhood page as a different way to market her property. It is the most fun prospecting I have ever had, so I actually do it now. Everyone on the client success team is really supportive and activity help use to book interviews to meet more connections. If I or a business owner need help with something they are on it, right away. Investing in a Parkbench site was worth every penny. I highly recommend it, especially if you are new, it is a wonderful way to build your data base.
