Hi there,

The sky’s the limit when it comes to real estate events for your listing or an open house you’re hosting. How much your budget is, where you’re located and what type of people you expect to come all factor in to what kind of event you should host for your guests. Maybe try approaching a fun local brand or restaurant and see what they can offer to cros promote their brand and your listing. You may still have to pay for food etc. but if you can promise a decent turnout from other agents and your sphere, you never know.
