Market Leader is absolute GARBAGE. I spent 3 months with them which totally tanked my online lead gen in the first quarter of this year. They send you guaranteed leads, but 99% of them only have email, and most of them already have an agent or are just looking to search and want nothing to do with a realtor yet. BUYER BEWARE.

Interestingly enough, I see a lot of companies in the results that aren’t nearly as well-reviewed as my company.

Not saying we are better, but just saying our customers seem to think we belong on these lists.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, we are a part of LCA here as well. In our experience, there are often vocal critics of products in places like Facebook Groups. Not to say may not have legitimate concerns, but I always take the reviews from anonymous seats with a grain of salt.

There is a cost for the Market Leader system ($119 / month), then a cost per lead, which varies depending on the market you’re in and the volume of leads available. It looks like in the specific zip you’re working in, leads are on the higher end at $55 per lead (for 10) or $50 per lead (for 20).
