Thanks for the question. It sounds like you’re having a tough time right now, I’m sorry to hear that.

There are a couple of things I would suggest doing in your situation.

First, you need to make sure you’re getting what you signed up for in terms of support, mentorship, etc. If someone promised you one thing but you’re getting another, you should be speaking directly with your broker to make sure they understand your concerns.

Secondly, it sounds like you need to do a financial analysis of exactly what the benefit of the leads being given to you by other people is. If there isn’t enough meat on that bone to make it worth your while, it might be a better move to start working towards generating your own leads. I know, easier said than done, especially when you’re new, but if you aren’t making money, this isn’t a sustainable business for you.

Yes, I’ve given Inbox a try. The system is pretty easy to use, and the lead opportunities were legit during the time that I was test driving it. The only real drawback for me was that it was super competitive. There were lots of Realtors vying for the leads in my area, so I only was able to win a lead once. But, if you can find a spot that is less competitive (or can be a little more ready to jump at email), this is a good option.
