Especially to state that you need extra amount of time to move out if you cannot find a replacement very soon. Normally the buyers are ok with that. I was trying to add a comment but couldn’t find the comment section so I hopped on this one.
So I’m a home owner who is ready to sell but can’t find a house to move to. Our market is ridiculously hot and the inventory is low. Properties like I need 4/2 are hard to come by and have been snatched from out of state people looking to move south. So I saw this house at a friend’s street, I’m wondering if it would be rude to approach the homeowner and ask if he would like to sell.
My neighbor sold his house in a weekend, thus the reason I haven’t put my house in the market yet, I can’t sell without having a place to go to with my kids, but at the same time no one wants to accept contingencies. I really don’t know what to do.
Although I’ve been through real state school I haven’t gotten my license yet. My friend has been retained as my realtor.
